Our dog, Shadow, had somehow managed to get his stitches open and left a pretty deep wound. The people here took him back immediately and got him taken care of, now he's perfectly fine and back to healing! All it cost was the price of a new cone (as he figured out how to warp the other one to allow him to bite/scratch around it). My dog has very bad anxiety at the vet. After telling the vet tech that my dog needs a muzzle they decided he didn’t need one against my wishes. My dog growled and snapped at Dr. Jones and instead of muzzling him Dr. Jones reared back and hit my dog on his snout. I had to give him anxiety medicine when we got home and his nose bled for more than two hours. We ended up having to go to the ER because his nose was still bleeding and was incredibly swollen. Thank you Dr. Bullock for getting Hank in so quickly after he had spent the night at the Animal ER. He seemed to come home from the ER worse than he went in 24 hours before, but within 15 minutes of seeing you, and the shots you gave him (along with the RX meds), he seems on the road to recovery. Truthfully, I didn't think he was going to make it, but you and your expertise jumped right into action and knew exactly what to do. We can't thank you enough !!!!
