About as helpful as a dose of clap
We can’t praise this carpet shop enough! A few years ago, they did an amazing job carpeting the entire new Talbot Hotel, and the quality of their carpets is still outstanding. Their service is exceptional—the staff in the shop are friendly and professional, and the fitters are such polite and lovely people to have in your home. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Would give a 0 stars if it was a possibility. Went in to try and find carpets for my hole house. And the staff didn’t even get up and come out of the office to help. Had no idea about different carpets and could have done with some advice before I bought but as stated they just continued to sit down talking between themselves. Glared over once or twice at us looking but still didn’t bother to get up and ask if needed any help. Needless to say I just left
Enquired about Carpets on 01 December 2023, Salesman did not seem interested just gave me quick quote, and that was it. Did not show me any kind of carpets or ask what I would be interested in, so not impressed at all, so will go elsewhere for carpets.
