CAREFUL HIRING, NO DETAIL GIVEN, DAMAGE TO LAWN WHEN EXCESS CEMENT POURED ON LAWN. CONTRACTOR SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE TO REPAIR. NEVER HAPPENED. CALLED THREE TIMES.

They had to fill in a 4 ft by 4 ft square hole in my patio and match my existing brick design and they did an excellent job.
Gilberto and his team did an excellent job. They replaced a bad concrete patio from a prior contractor, repaired the drainage system and gave my existing flagstone a facelift. They were on time and a pleasure to work with. Our yard looks fantastic! My thanks to Homeadvisor and Southland for a job well done.
Removal of a pile of dirt left on my driveway and a call was removed after a week of sitting there.
Do to a misunderstanding a pile of dirt was left on my driveway for a week after I called to have it removed.

Gilbert always answered my calls, he and his people showed up every morning and they got the job done in a very short time. They did a wonderful job and I intend to hire them again to do more work that will be coming up.
After a rough start due to a lack of communication the work was started and finished on time. Mr. Gilberto was a true professional. I plan on hiring Southland on future work we need done.
We will be presenting our recommendation to hire Southland Landscape Construction to our HOA Board next Tuesday. I expect that they will approve them and we will hire them to do our project,.
