Receptionist was so rude for no reason. I can totally see why this surgery has such low reviews specifically regarding the reception staff
the doctors are great but the receptionists are unbelievably aggressive, rude and incompetent. they have lost paperwork needed for medication and referrals, delaying treatment
The surgery is horrible! I wish I was able to give 0 stars. Specially the reception staffs. They are rude and do not care. Having a conversation is so difficult with them while they have a do not give a damn attitude. I have registered woth other GP's and when you call they have an option of callback based on what number I am on the queue. In this GP, if you press the option of a callback, they will receive the call and put you on holf the entire time while they are attending another call. This isn't once. It's ALWAYS! I have been with this surgery for many years. The doctors, the nurses as well as the receptionist are all amazing, always genuinely polite helpful and caring. Special thanks to Dr Geffin, Dr Sugi and Dr Salim for their continual support and care for me and my family.
I booked an appointment and attended the surgery as scheduled. However, when I arrived, I was told that I did not have an appointment on the system. This was extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially as I was already unwell. As a patient, I expect appointments to be properly recorded and managed. Situations like this cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience, particularly for someone who is ill. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent it from happening again.
