Having spent hours taking my husband to Finchley memorial, then Barnet general where the wait was 14-16 hours, I frantically left hubby in waiting room after 3 hours to google physios. From the incredible receptionist who said that the physiotherapist would call me at 11.45, to Bimisa who called on the dot, saw my hubby straight away.
