My nan went to this care home after coming from hospital to wait for a package of care to be put in place to go home. While she was there she was treated with no respect or dignity she was givin medication by staff who wasn't trained she the food wasn't covered and she caught diarrhea. My dad was moved here a few months back, he has settled in very well. It’s a wonderful place, the staff and residents are lovely, it’s a really home from home place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My 96 year old mother was entered into the Southernwood House Residential house Spalding in early April and I can only give huge praise for all the care and help given to her in the first three months she has been there. The staff have patience of Saints being so diligent and caring for Mums well being. The Supervisor Manager Jacy as been a great help to us during this period. Thank you very much and God Bless you all.
