2nd time I’ve used this well established family run business. Thorough survey and great advice They don’t try to rip you off with unnecessary work.
Awful company. Did damp proofing to our downstairs around 4 years ago and we’ve had nothing but issues since. They’re not interested in fixing the issues their work has created either. We trusted them when they said we had damp issues in rooms where there were no visible issues, they’re meant to be the experts. But we now have visible damp in the walls they treated, and when I contacted them they wanted £250 just to come and look despite having a guarantee. So that’s clearly worthless. Left the property in a terrible state and a couple of months on from the damp proof works the fresh plaster is all cracked. Very rude on the phone also, definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again.
