The staff with the emergency services were so caring when we had to put down our Boston Terrier. They sent us a sympathy card with our dogs foot print. It was very thoughtful. Thank you so much!
The Saturday before Memorial Day my dog, Rhett Butler, yelped and then suddenly could not use his right back leg. By the time I got him to the vet in Panama City Beach neither of his back legs were working. After a few days with no change I asked my vet about doing a CT scan. I would never take my dog here after the experience my mother has had. Her dog was suppose to have heart surgery and the vet hit an artery and decided to close up and continue with the surgery 2-4 weeks later. The dog gets worse so we have to follow up with our primary vet weekly. She calls to schedule the 3 week appointment and the vet is out on medical leave and doesn't want anyone else to operate but can't say when he would return. SO RUDE. i was worried about my dog and they kept talking about me in the hallway, like i couldn't hear them, saying i was frustrating them and talking back to me. DONT RECOMMEND. DR SARAH WAS AWFULLY RUDE
We unfortunately came upon having our new puppy come down with parvo (as well as having hookworm anemia)on a Saturday morning only 36 hours after bringing her into our family. Though our normal vet took her in initially, we transferred her care here for the weekend. No questions asked I owe my gratitude to them, our dog was hit by a car late at night and at first we thought his jaw was broken due to the tremendous amount of blood coming from his mouth and nose... we were frantic calling our regular vet and other locations and they was the only emergency open..they took him in, examined him and thank the Lord he was just clipped by the car and his jaw wasn't broke... they were so sympathetic and caring and the money is well worth it
They were simply amazing. My beautiful boy, Copper didn't make it but it wasn't because of lack of care from this facility. I'd never wish for anyone to need an emergency vet but if you ever do, this is the one. The level of care he received was exceptional. Thank you for doing everything you could for my sweet boy.
