My dog was snake bit and we rushed him here and he sit for over a hour without any concern. When we started to leave and goto another vet. The staff tried to tell us we couldn’t leave because he had a life threatening issue. But it wasn’t apparently a issue to them because we waited for over a hour without any medical attention
Today is Dec. 12 2017 and my dog Megan went to SRVS back on Aug.4 2016 for Dr. Martin to repair a broken femur that happen in Fort Walton Beach Florida. Dr. Martin and his staff did a wonderful job repairing Megan's femur and finishing the FHO surgery. The problem I have with SRVS is that I have requested my medical records be sent to Zurich Insurance Company since December 5th 2017. We were referred to Dr Martin by our vet also . They were very nice and caring and explained the procedure what was going to be done to him our dog and just very kind caring and compassionate people and I really like the fact that their family that really meant a lot to me and they also said my dog was a pleasure to take care of so that's pretty cool I would highly recommend them
My sweet baby girl tore her cruciate ligament and needed surgery. Our vet in Panama City highly recommended Dr. Martin. We called on Friday afternoon and were given an appointment for the following Tuesday. After meeting with Dr. Martin he confirmed that she would need a TTA. He stated that since we were from out of town he could do it that day and that we could pick her up the next morning. Everyone in the office was so sweet and kind. The excellent staff here has helped my fur babies more than once, most recently this week for my Dakota. So grateful for them being here in Dothan. Never hesitate to take your pets here for emergency service.
This place holds a special place in my heart. I had to make a tough decision to put my fur baby down one night and they were so professional and compassionate. A week later I received a with sympathy card that touched my heart. It was a thoughtful gesture and the fact that someone took the time to do that means more than words can say. And they included paw prints which I wasn't expecting and although it made me cry, I was so grateful that I have them. Thank you for your amazing service and compassion �
