Our little girl, a diabetic service dog, had pancreatitis and gastroparesis. They saved her life. Vets are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. The staff was competent, friendly, and you could tell how much they loved the animals and their jobs. I cannot say enough good things about this service and the people who work there. We are incredibly grateful to them.
RecommendedDr Sara and her staff Is very compassionate and caring all you other people that put negative comments on here you are really crazy because she helped our dog from ending her suffering late at night ....we knew she would not make it through the night. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the level of care that was shown towards our miniature schnauzer by all of the staff and Dr Champion and Dr Martin. Extremely polite, professional, and excellent execution of treatment. They truly seemed to be as concerned for our pet as much as we were, and if the need arises I will definitely be a repeat client!
I took my 14 year old Yorkie in on a Tuesday night cause she was having trouble breathing. Within 20 minutes, I had a diagnosis and a plan for treatment. She stayed 2 nights and spent 36 hours on oxygen. Everyone was so helpful and kind during this process. I was even allowed to visit her as many times as I wanted. My dog was in critical condition and now she’s home with a plan to control her Congestive Heart Failure. I feel like I owe this clinic the world right now. Thank you.
They don’t even deserve one star in my opinion! After sitting with my SERVICE DOG for over an hour and watching the venom from a snake bite from a RATTLESNAKE we still weren’t seen. So thankfully ozark vet clinic came to the rescue. When I started to leave some girl came running out saying my dog was next to be seen and he had a life threatening injury and could not leave.
