I took my Standard Poodle in for vomiting on 1/15/17 at the after hours . The receptionist behind the counter Marsha was overwhelmed because there were numerous emergencies going on that night, but deposite the overwhelmingness she remained extremely friendly and helpful. The female veterinary that we was was amazing and extremely helpful with treating my baby. A lot of people complain about the price, but to me it was well worth it to help me baby. Remember this when complaining about prices... this staff could be at home w... read more

Brought my dog in who was not eating or drinking, and had a swollen ear. Was told the ear was a hematoma and that it was resolving it self. Was told he had abdominal pain and that they would run dianogstics, I left him for a few hours also spent over $700. I had to take him to my regular vet which had been faxed all the paperwork to run more tests... turns out my vet found fang marks on his ear.... instead of a possibility of infection and other guesses, it was a snake bite. After my vet gave him the proper care and less tha... read more

Wow, this has to be one of the worst weeks in my life. Although it was extremely stressful I have to say I learned a great deal of new things about people, greed, compassion and my own heart felt feelings. I Thank God and all you who stepped up in our time of need, Gentle B's, Wolfhound Quarterly and many others. Thank you Pet Health Center, Dr Swanner, for originally seeing him, (so unfortunate that you did not have the room to care for him), Crystal Creek Animal Hospital who did the surgery (still unsure about how we feel ... read more

I was referred to these people by Ozark Vet Clinic, who refused to see my dog for a post-op infection due to them closing in 50 minutes (they lock their doors 30 minutes prior to "closing"). These people demand payment up front, with a minimum, of course . A promise of payment in 6 days wouldn't do. I was told to borrow it and was refused service. When I said that apparently it was all about money and not animal care, I was told, "Well, I don't see it that way". Well, the rest of the world does, little girl!

Dr. Martin and his entire staff are so very caring and compassionate! They took care of my 65 lb lab-mix, Yami through bi-lateral knee surgery and recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone needing specialty care for their fur babies.
