We were referred here after our pup Baylee was hit by a truck. They have been wonderful to work with. Baylee required surgery on her pelvis and they did so in a timely fashion, allowing us to take her home the next day. The Surgeon (Dr. Martin) called us immediately after the surgery to inform us of how it went and how Baylee was feeling. He called the next morning to let us know how she did that night and to schedule a pick up time. Very horrible vets. Charged us over 2500 dollars to fix my rat terriers leg and then when the plate they put in it broke due to either a faulty plate or their negligence ( I think their negligence ) they charged us over a 1000 dollars more just to fix it. They had a very very bad attitude after the plate broke and we expected them to stand behind their work. I guess they care to much about money and absolutely none about the pets or people they take money from!
My Baby Boy, Major would be dead without their excellent care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Thank God for the Banfield employee that took the time to refer us to SRVS.
Our Springer Spaniel just had her second surgery at SRVS yesterday (1/2/2019). She has had TTA's on both knees. Dr. Martin and his office staff have been absolutely incredible. From the moment you check-in you can tell they really care about you and your furry friend. They call when they say they will and they give you updates frequently. You hope your dog never has to have surgery, but if he or she does then it is such a blessing to have Dr. Martin and his staff in this area. horrible money grubbers. no compassion and very bad attitudes from the vet laura sayre to the assistants. My dog was attacked by another dog and I said I wanted something for pain and antibiotic shot she wanted a chest tube xrays etc. she left the room and did not come back when I told her I was going to take her to her regular vet tomorrow
