I cannot recommend Southern Mobility highly enough; the experience of buying a WAV from them, from browsing their website to final delivery of the vehicle, was entirely positive. Lauretta and Bill were friendly, informative, understanding of our needs and helpful without being pushy. Maybe we were lucky that they had a vehicle within our budget and with wheelchair upfront in stock but I am sure that they would have done their best to source one if not. The whole process was quick and easy, many thanks to all the team.

We have recently bought a VW Caddy from Southern Mobility Vehicles and found it to be a good experience. They took great care to ensure that the vehicle gave the passenger a good view of his surroundings when travelling, which was something he especially wanted. We received a lot of care and attention. It was particularly good to have the car brought over to us for a test drive and then delivered to us when we bought it. The team were incredibly helpful. We had lots of questions as this was the first WAV we have ever bought. They explained everything succinctly and made the experience simple and easy. They have quite a wide selection of vehicles to choose from which was helpful as we could see and compare all the different aspects. We never felt under any pressure, and altogether it was a very positive experience for us. JD
