Southern housing have been absolutely horrendous. We are in shared ownership with them in Muriel Way, St Leonards-on-Sea. Property was built in 2024 and we moved in January 2025. By 18/08/2025, a roof tile fell off! No bad weather, no one around and we have never been up to the roof so was through no fault of our own! I live in a two bed house with black mould roof leeks in bedrooms and bathroom i have two children with autism when i call all i get is will call you back and nothing they do not care about there tenants at all they do is change the housing name so they dont look bad im trying to move and no one will swap with me because how bad it looks
