Order NEVER shipped. Phone never answered. Processing time is not correct as it states upon ordering for ready to ship items.
Placed an order on November 8. I still have not received anything. I have left five voicemails, two emails, with still no response. I’m not sure this is a legitimate business?? I did go on Better Business Bureau and there are several complaints regarding them. I wish I would’ve read them before I purchased from them. Order from somewhere else! RecommendedOrdered during their Black Friday sale.. which is always busy for businesses.. they said it would take longer to get orders together and shipped, which it did but I accepted that and was ok with it. I received my order yesterday and I have to say i love everything! I’m a little eh on the length of the dress, little short for me, but I knew that was a real possibility from the pictures, but I love the dress so I’ll work on being ok with it 😂
Horrible customer service. I ordered last month and have yet to receive my product nor a response to my multiple emails, calls, FB messages, posts, comments on their items, etc. Absolutely unacceptable to leave a paying customer with no update on their product when it’s not shipped for multiple weeks. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if I don’t hear from them or receive my product ASAP. They have amazing clothing, shoes and friendly customer service!!
The quality of the clothing I’ve received is amazing. When needed the girls and customer service go beyond. I highly recommend this boutique. LOVE IT!
The person on the phone was truly helpful. I just got my glitter bombs today and still waiting for my other packages. It’s worth the wait. I’m happy with my products and great prices. They are super friendly on the phone. Give them a call with any questions
