Ordered on 8/24. Have been attempting to find out where my preorder is (status says shipped). I cannot get anyone to return my calls or respond to my emails. Terrible customer service.
Ordered shoes in early October. Company was quick to take my money but here it is December and I still have no shoes. Worst customer service ever!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I ordered 3 coats on November 1st, that were supposed to be delivered by end of November. I’ve reached out multiple times on different outlets and have received no communication except one that they would be delivered first week of December. That has come and gone, I have asked them to cancel order and still no answer. Thank God for pay pal! Just not good customer service and pre orders are not delivered in a timely manner.

So far Im not impressed! Nobody has returned my emails or phone calls! I’ve placed my order on November 29th, received an email that my order has been placed and my card has been charged however I have not received anything else about my order been shipped and whenever I checked my account the website it says no orders have been placed! Poor customer service!
Their clothing is absolutely amazing 😍 and they are very kind and hard working so you never have to doubt that would be taken care of with them ♥️ definitely a 5 star for me !

I just received my Glitter Bomb shoes today and they are the 💣!!! I am super excited to wear them tomorrow and I know all of my high school students are going to be jealous.
