Can we get any indication as to how far behind you are? It’s getting crunch time to where I either have to take evasive action before Christmas or except the fact I’m going to be in the doghouse. Please advise.....
Clothes received are diff from what was shown online. Customer service will not return calls or answer emails. Had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
I have been trying to get customer service for well over a week now regarding my order I placed at the beginning of November and have not recieved yet. I have tried emailing, my emails come back, ive tried messaging and get a previously prepared mesaage, and calling. when I have called, I only get voicemail to which I have left my number and information.
RecommendedCute clothes, great deals, and wonderful employees. Not to mention the owner started from the ground up and has killer skill designing her product. Highly recommend especially because their employees work hard to make your experience great and always have the best customer service.

No customer service. No returned calls or messages. starting to realize they are a scam
I ordered something 5 days ago and chose priority shipping. I have called the customer service phone number 4 times and sent 3 emails wanting a follow up on the product and have yet to receive a any information or a return call or email from anyone. They took the money out of my account. I am very disappointed. All I wanted to know is expected arrival time as I ordered the product for an event.
