Ordered some Christmas presents 11/11 and finally today get an email they sent to everyone I’m sure stating they are behind and I may not receive it until after Christmas. They do not return calls or emails. I get they are busy but come one!!! Hire some more staff and work the weekend it’s the busiest time of year. Just got my first order( husband ordered it as my Christmas 😁) Absolutely LOVE my Blanket Scarve!!!
I placed an order last week and have not received a tracking number, status update, etc. I even paid more for quick shipping to ensure these items would get here before Christmas! I have tried calling (doesn't even ring, goes straight to a full mailbox). I have emailed and have sent private messages on Facebook - of which receive a kick back message telling me to call them directly (which is obviously not going through either). I have not received any kind of response and have exhausted all means of contact.
SFC is amazing & have such unique items that you can't find anywhere else! ❤
I have not received anything in my order. Very disappointed in this company. Customer service is non existent. We are going on 3 months now. I would not recommend this company.
