From the first pair of Southern Sass Boots to the third pair awesome quality and prompt delivery. Wedding dress was spot on and my new glitter bombs and slip on shoes are just as amazing!!! Keep up the great work and keep that Southern Sass coming!!!!

I have been waiting over 5 months for a credit back in my account for a pair of boots that were returned. I also have been waiting for a phone call back for months.

Why wait 30-90 days for a pair of boots that are immediately available at another store? Like, Boot Barn, PFI Western Store, Vanderbilts etc. These boots are not exclusive! Please look elsewhere before purchasing and waiting an unrealistic length of time for what you paid for.
