Ordered in October 2019, wrong size and a duplicate order was sent. I contacted them and a very nice “Jen” sent me a postage paid to send the exchange back. The postage voucher didn’t cover the cost to send it back-but I appreciated it and I moved on. The tracking states that it arrived at SFCB on December 6th. Bought a dress for my graduation and the dress was too large. By the time it was sent back to and the store received it, my graduation was already over. They gave me a gift certificate for the dress but they no longer sell the dress anymore and refuse to reimburse my money. It took THREE months for customer service to finally answer any of my calls. Love my outfits! They took about 10 business days to come in, but I was well aware of shipping time before placing the order. This is a small business with quality clothing (not Amazon).
I ordered items about a month ago and have tried to reach out multiple times. I can’t get ahold of anyone, and I have no idea where my package is. Very disappointed.
