RecommendedSoooo after a few days of trying to get in touch with someone I finally received a call back! They have been super swamped from the holidays. But, I am Beyond happy that I was able to talk with someone to make sure my dress would be in for my wedding. Beautiful products and super nice employees. Definitely recommend.
Placed my order in November. I was aware it might take a while due to the holidays but no one will return my emails or phone calls so i can track it. Super frustrating.
**** Update! They did call me yesterday and I decided to cancel my order, but they were super sweet and gave me a refund! I have been calling for three days, sent emails, Facebook message, left voice mails and have yet to get a call back! I don’t even know why they have a phone number to call other than to make customers feel better!!! My order number is 323281 and I need to talk to someone please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Southern Fried Chics is absolutely amazing! I had put off ordering from them for a little over a year due to fear of fit. However is just placed my 3rd order in a MONTH!! The clothing is amazing quality, i have ordered something of everything I feel like. The prices are great for the quality you’re getting. Liz and the gals at SFC are amazing just to top it all off. Been waiting months for product. Sent multiple emails. No way of know if it will be here in time. No follow up. No customer service. Will be escalating complaints to BBB if no product and no one reaches out this week. DO NOT ORDER.
They have totally overloaded themselves and are now unresponsive. This is $$$ we’re talking about and they don’t see customer contact as a priority? Unacceptable. I placed an order several weeks ago and have received no responses when I try to follow up on the status. Quit marketing for new sales and catch up on what you’ve got.

Needs to work on customer service . I ordered a dress granted I realize it was like 2 or 3 days before thanksgiving but I spent $30 just in shipping alone hoping it would come to me in a few days . I did NOT get it in time . I reached out with an email to this company and all I got asked was my name and order number . No apology... not even any kind of a slight discount .
