I would advise anyone who is considering buying a car from this garage to either avoid completely or read the reviews/talk to other customers for genuine reviews. How they are still trading is genuinely beyond me and unfortunately I became a victim of these cowboys myself. I would give 0 stars if it was possible, but unfortunately it isn’t. Bought a car off them in December 2024 picked me up from the ferry as I live on the Isle of Wight which I thought was nice of them got to the garage late done the paperwork they gave me the keys etc didn’t show me around the car just left me to it.a couple of weeks later noticed a broken rear light so phoned them up and said they’d get me a replacement over 7 months later still waiting for the part they keep fobbing me off with different stories very poor service I’d never buy another car off them again steer clear of this g... read more
Some people just shouldnt be able to own a garage and should be send back simple UK law is too soft on these kinds, bought car broke on me three times in the first 2 months then engine completely broke on me as they havent cleaned or changed oil after installing turbo while the turbo got completely destroyed there were bits everywhere, the turbo was also not new just regenerated, anyway avoid this now Im stuck with finance and no car. I had really high hopes for this car garage, yet after purchasing my car I had a slight issue regarding the car itself, in which I rung this dealership asking for advice. They were very abrupt, rude and told me to “deal with it”. Really upsetting as I only called for advice. Please DO NOT waste your time here, and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
