The doctor started by telling me how she couldn't help and told me to go private. Before offering any kind of options and while I was being totally polite and well mannered, I was told how others had complained to her when she couldn't do anything about it, then proceeded to say I was intimidating because I interrupted her. Amanda, the phlebotomist, never fails to find my veins which go into hiding when a needle is produced. She is amazing!
Called for advice about my son's ill health and gave us an appointment right away. Receptionist was caring and friendly. Amazing!!
