I arrived 30 minutes before closing and an employee locked the door as I was getting out of the car to come in. She looked at me as she was doing it. I was parked in the nearest parking space to the door. This shows no caring and compassion for the sick! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know of this experience!
I was amazed at the service my husband received this past week. He called ahead with severe abdominal pain & they saw him very quickly and sent him next door for a CAT scan. That revealed he had appendicitis. We had to leave to go straight to Brookwood hospital for an emergency appendectomy. We were in & out at the urgent care in an hour tops, CAT scan & all. Had it not been for the quickness & efficiency of the staff & doctor there my husband could've been in serious trouble. Thank you for your help with us!

They have been great to me!!! They helped battle with my insurance company to get them to cover medication that I couldn't afford. They are caring and compassionate. Thanks for all ur help.
