I had a question about scheduling injections that my daughter was beginning. The owner called me personally, then conference called his nurse with me on the line, to make sure that we knew exactly how the schedule was suppose to run. That's top notch customer service!
Amazing and quick service! I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and the lady at the front desk told me because I hadn't been there before they would try to get me in before 2 people came in that had already been there, within 10 minutes of being there I was in a room and not even 5 minutes later I got a shot and was out the door, all before their closing time at 6!!!! I will definitely go back, so much better than AFC!!!!
This is my favorite clinic to go to! The staff and doctor were very caring of my needs and got me feeling better by the end of the day. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the Birmingham/Fultondale area. You will not be disappointed. The clinic is very professional, clean, knowledgeable, and helpful!
Truly a wonderful experience the staff and Daniel Nailor go above and beyond themselves I would recommend them to anyone and I myself will return for any further needs!!
I was feeling my worst that I have in days and the doctor was through and made sure that he was not able to identify anything else that would make my sinus infection worse. I appreciate everything. Thank yall again for helping me out!
