Can I just say I went into the urgent care this morning, sick as a dog. I wasn’t greeted by anyone, the nurses were in the back talking until one of them came out about 8:10 and said “if y’all are in a hurry,our doctor won’t be here until 9.” And walked away. This is the second time this has happened with the doctor being late. I went to community urgent care by target and had wonderful people that took care of me! That’s where I’ll be going from now on.
Walked in to be seen today and the receptionist is completely rude! I won't ever come back!
They list there self as Urgent Care but can't even do stitches. Don't even have a doctor on staff.
I recommend very highly great front desk clerk very kind!
I’ve had very few issues with service here. The only time I ever had bad service was from some crazy female quack that is no longer there. The current staff is FANTASTIC! Service is quick and thorough. This is my go to place. Thanks for the great care when I cannot get into my primary care doctor (which is pretty much never or not for 3 months).
I am beyond upset. And shocked. Back in January I went because I was sick. I have always used AFC BUT was in Fultondale and used them. Gave them my insurance and license. Paid my copay and then end up making a second visit because unfortunately I had caught the flu after the original virus. Fast forward to February and I start getting bills. I have a ppo.
