Dr. Hiam is nice and very patient with me.
Just don't get seriously ill and you'll be okay, otherwise not unlike most GP surgeries nowadays, expect long delays, overworked tired forgetful disinterested staff, that can and does result in a frustrating non-productive experience! - So much for Duty of Care!
Rachel and shaheen excellent receptionist they go out of their way to help and amazing people
We had a wonderful experience with Dr Hiam, who was able to accommodate seeing our child last minute. She was incredibly attentive and thorough, was extremely good at calming enough for her to allow being examined. We'd be very happy to have Dr Hiam treat our child again in the future!
