DO NOT RENT HERE – The air conditioning in this building is completely non-functional. It's not even peak summer yet, and I’m waking up drenched in sweat with indoor temperatures reaching 28°C (82.5°F). The management is fully aware of the issue but shows no signs of fixing it. Of course they will blame it on the service provider SSE. I’ve lived here for just three months, and I’m already counting down the days until I can break my lease. Avoid this place at all costs.
This building’s AC doesn’t work most of the time and service provider SSE isn’t reliable either. It’s 9:31 pm and my room is at 26 degree.
Great building with great people. However if you are reading this as you are contemplating renting under a company called Blueground- stay far, far away.
