I moved in six months ago. Concierge is amazing but the building is poorly built. The air cooling does not function properly and the energy supply ( cool/ hot) water is disrupted almost every two weeks. There are ten EV chargers but none is working. The main door has been fixed a few times already in the last six months and so is the lift.

Very nice flats with excellent facilities and welcoming staff. Location is perfect. Only downside is maintenance issues are somewhat more common than you’d expect.
