Reached out to them for support as a Black woman and received a dismissive unempathetic, unhelpful response because I wasn't based in London. I understand organisations hands may be tied at times, but a little empathy goes a long way. Especially for an organisation working with victims of abuse. And why in the world is it still called "Black" sisters?? I would not even give one star it is horrible. There was a lady called poornima sHe refused to help me despite my mental health and domestic abusing family. I was referred by the police to them. just because there is a certain person working there she refuses to help me. If anything happens to me , you are responsible
They are truly amazing they dealt with my situation very professionally, special thanks to Jackie who is still caring ,and supporting ..I was referred to them by police and was the best I had .
Big name and big work and really professional staff palpasa is amazing .
