I had a metal cap/or crown on a tooth, and it fell off. I called in at noon, and they scheduled me for 3:30 pm that same day. Dr. Weisbecker was able to re-glue the cap back onto my tooth and I was "good to go" in just 20 minutes! Love how they got me in fast, and completed the work fast
We are new to town so just picked South Western Dental out of several offices that were close to our home. We're glad we did! Dr. Hansen and her hygienist, Jenny, were very professional and thorough while being friendly and gentle, as were the receptionists. We're glad to have South Western Dental in the neighborhood!
I called on a Thursday morning and they had an open appointment at 11:00 AM the same day. Saw the dentist, he determined that a root canal was needed, started the process, medicated the tooth and an appointment was made for a two week follow-up visit to complete the process.
I am always treated well when I am in the office. Dr Ellenbecker is always friendly and very good to pin point any problems I have. All the employees are very friendly and knowledgable.
As always, top notch service. Appointment time is prompt and clear communication about problem and options on how to approach it; even if the option turns out to be less profitable to the practice. I have always been pleased with the service from the office staff to the hygienist and of course, the dentist. Thanks again.
My visit was well done, the hygenist was very prompt, did excellent work and got me out in a timely fashion. Dr Berger is always very thorough and professional.
As usual, a very thorough cleansing and polishing was performed by the dental hygenist (Jennie). Both she, and DR. Hansen are very competent,gentle,compassionate, and professional.I have informed other people of this clinic!!.

I came to Southwestern Dental with tooth and mouth pain. I was looking for a new dentist after an unpleasant experience with my previous dentist. Dr. Hanson was patient, and explained her thoughts on the cause of my pain, and my options for treatment. When I explained that i would need to budget for any work she did, she very thoughtfully offered low-cost solutions. I am grateful for her kind treatment, and for giving me the sense of trust I really need in my dentist.
