Our family has been patients of Dr. Weisbecker for over 30 years and now our grandchildren go there! We have always felt we received the beat of care from walking in to walking out - the front desk staff is as compassionate as the hygienist and dentist and assistant. When you look forward to going to the dentist, that's a good recommendation!

South Western Dental is a warm and welcoming dental care home. Everyone is very friendly and professional from the registration staff to the hygienists, dental assistants and dentists.
We recently moved to Sioux Falls and received a recommendation from our doctor for this office. The location was easy to find and the building/office is very nice, modern, and with lots of windows to look out. Everyone from the receptionist, the person who took the x-rays, the hygienist, and the dentist were all super friendly and nice. Even people in the waiting room seemed jovial and chatted with each other. Upon my first visit to South Western Dental, I was SHOCKED at how quickly my appointment went and how friendly the entire staff was. I have been going to SWD for almost 10 years and I can honestly say the nothing has changed since that first visit. I recommend my dentist (Dr. Jon Ellenbecker) to everyone I know. I've had a few friends start going to SWD and they all said their experience was just like mine and how happy they are with the service. The care and people are excellent at SW Dental. I highly recommend them.
My visit was very pleasant for the following reasons. Appointment started at 8:00 sharp with a very Professional hygienists that was very concerned about my comfort level after I requested the old scrape and pick cleaning method which was very through and very comfortable for me. Dr. Weisbecker was his same professional self and what is even better they did not find any problems at this time. Very pleasant visit and that is why I have been coming back all these years. I will spread the word.
I switched to this dentist from another dentist in town. I was treated with respect. The dentist explained everything to me... I found out also how poor of a job my previous dentist in Sioux Falls did on my four crowns... while that is frustrating I'm glad I switched. Dr. Hansen was very thorough, and very timely. At the end she sat in front of me and talked to me, not being in a rush. I was impressed and the hygienist I had did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth.
