As usual, a very thorough cleansing and polishing was performed by the dental hygenist (Jennie). Both she, and DR. Hansen are very competent,gentle,compassionate, and professional.I have informed other people of this clinic!!.
It is always a pleasant visit at SW Dental. People are always friendly.
I came to Southwestern Dental with tooth and mouth pain. I was looking for a new dentist after an unpleasant experience with my previous dentist. Dr. Hanson was patient, and explained her thoughts on the cause of my pain, and my options for treatment. When I explained that i would need to budget for any work she did, she very thoughtfully offered low-cost solutions. I am grateful for her kind treatment, and for giving me the sense of trust I really need in my dentist.
I love my Dentist and my Dental hygienist. They are both so caring about my needs ask if I am okay when they are doing longer procedures. The staff at the front desk are always pleasant and very helpful when I arrive and when I leave. It is a great experience I would recomment them to anyone.
20 + YEAR PATRON AND NEVER AN ISSUE. ALWAYS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL !!! MAY I SUGGEST APPLE FRITTERS AND COFFE IN THE WAITING ROOM........... OH WAIT THAT'LL NEVER WORK.....NEVER MIND !!!!!!!! ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE....... AND THAT'S SAYING ALOT, THIS IS A DENTIST OFFICE YA KNOW !!!!!!!! LOL
Everyone is so friendly! And your teeth feel amazing after they are finished!! Would recommend this dentist to anyone.
I really like my hygienist Jessica. She does an amazing job with cleaning my teeth and she is very gentle. In the past, I've had other hygienist work on me and they were really rough with the cleaning process, and I am glad I ran into Jessica. I understand that patients who have a lot of build up require more scraping, but Jessica was really gentle and I was not in so much pain afterwards.
