I used to take anxiety medication before I could even be seen at the dentist. No more! I've found the staff at Southwestern Dental to be excellent. They are friendly, respectful, and keep you informed about what they are doing and give many helpful suggestions. They have also been very accommodating with scheduling around crazy work shifts. I highly recommend this dental staff.
Competent and gentle dental care! They always find a way to fit you into their schedule when there's a dental emergency. Office environment is always warm and friendly!
As usual my visit to South Western Dental was pleasant and professional. The thing that stood out this time was the manner in which they handled a billing problem I presented to them before I went in to have my teeth cleaned. Before they were half way done with my cleaning the gal from the front desk came in and told me they had tracked down the problem and had credited my account so that the error was corrected. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I don't believe anyone is perfect
My appointment was like all of them, right on time and was treated with care and the lady who took care of me was very courteous.
I would highly recommend South Western Dental if you are looking for a dentist in town. The office is clean, all the staff are warm and friendly and best of all...my appointments have always started on time.
Always get in on schedule. The cleaning was a pleasant experience. They explained if there were any issues I needed to be aware of at that time. The entire staff is very kind and makes your dental visit a pleasant one.
All of mine and my family's visits have been met by such friendly staff members. There is never waiting. The hygienist always does a great job. Dr. Berger does such a fine job if any problems come up.
