My husband and my self go to South Western Dental and we enjoy it so much. We actually came from a really bad experience from another dental place not treating us well with our double insurances. I called ahead of time to South Western Dental and asked if they could help with insurance issues and they suggested I come in and they would help me work through it in person. Wouldn't you know, my tooth started aching on Friday at shortly after five in the evening. I ate ibuprofen like crazy and drank hot liquids to try to make it lessen- if not go away. Monday morning I call and explain the situation. The lady I talked to got me in at 3pm- and I was so thankful. Dr Tom ordered x-rays and explained our options. We chose a filling- and I say we because he and I always talk it over before any action is taken. It was so close to being a root canal but I'm hoping for the best. I was very satisfied with the care, which I had received and I'd recommend them to anybody. They were very thorough and helpful and just made me feel right at home!!!
I had a broken tooth, and they were able to get me in the next day. Fixed the problem in a very professional way. Will definitely go back to Dr. Ellenbecker.
Had an excellent experience having my teeth cleaned, have an area in my mouth that Dr. Hanson has been watching so she came in to check progress and evaluated it, making an appt. for me to have a root canal.

The hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle on my teeth. I used to leave other dentist's office with sore teeth and gums for 2 days. Not the case here. They're also "cost sensitive". In other words, they knew what my insurance covered and explained it to me so I could make the decision if I wanted specific procedures performed. Very happy with the service here. Thanks
