Very professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Tom for over 25 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire staff treats you like family.
It was great as usual. I am always treated special.
I always pre warn the receptionists, hygienists, and the Doctor that I cry as soon as I sit in the chair, (nerves from a bad childhood experience). Everyone was so sweet, kind and reassuring. When my cleaning and exam was done, I realized it was the first time I didn't cry! I was relaxed, and didn't hesitate to schedule my next appointment. I was very satisfied. Ex Crybaby!
i really enjoyed chatting with rachel. we have daughters about the same age and it was fun to share stories. she is very nice and so is dr ellenbecker.
This was the best visit I have ever had with a Dentist office. Jenny was awesome and Dr. Hanson was very pleasant and well informed. I will definitely remain as their patient.
