After moving to Sioux Falls recently, a friend referred me to South Western Dental. Allie and Dr. Hansen were wonderful! They were both personable, informative and genuine. I am more than satisfied with my choice!
Noticed my tooth had chipped on Friday evening. Not an emergency, but left voice message. Clinic called back first thing Monday morning with two appointment options that day. Thanks for getting me in so quickly and taking care of my tooth.
Had an great experience at SouthWestern Dental. I had a new dental hygienist this time and she did a wonderful job. They are always on time or very close to the appointment time and I have always had a great experience.
Nothing left to say except that they were truly concerned about my needs and made it a great experience.
I've been going to Dr Weisbecker for approximately 20 years and Jolene has cleaned my teeth every time except for a handful. She is fabulous and has me coming back because she is good at her job and I leave pain free. I have gone to hygienists that made teeth cleaning painful. I have also formed a friendship with her and we know about each other's lives. I can't say that about ant other health professional I go to. Everything about SWD was great. The dental assistant, Lisa (?) was friendly, caring and explained everything in great detail. I never felt like I was a second class citizen for letting a cavity go longer than I should have. The dentist was exceptional. He was friendly and reassuring. He also took time to explain the process and what to expect post-procedure. This is my second time at SWD and I will definitely come back.
I came in for my 6 month clean and check. I didn't even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room! (I wasn't late either!) Jolene wisked me away and took great care of me and my teeth! they are all so friendly and professional. Keep up the great work!
From his registration/scheduling staff to the hygenists, all professional. Dr. Ellenbecker is a great dentist; very gentle and gives great advice. My family and I have used this office for a few years, and I never worry about the care they receive. Best dentist I have ever visited!
