I love going to the dentist every 6 months. Jolene is wonderful. She asks all of the important questions about my teeth, but also takes the time to make sure to find out how I am doing as well. She does a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth. Jolene has cleaned my teeth for 30 years!
Everyone was wonderful. Thanks so much from the front staff to my Dental assistant to the people who took my payment and scheduled my next visit. I love the email reminder but the text message may not work. I always answer with a "C" and respond but it seems like you may not get that. You can check I was in on the 17th.
I had a good check-up but more importantly the staff was fantastic from start to finish.
It was a warm and friendly experience. I was taken back for x-rays within 5 minutes of my arrival. My hygienist, Dr. W and staff were friendly and professional.
No wait, everyone friendly & helpful, hygenist did her best to ensure my comfort, explained when I had questions, time with Dr. was a bit short. Bill was pretty high.
I have been a patient here for 25+ years. I love the new technology enhancements SW Dental has added. I get email and text reminders of my upcoming appointments. I also appreciate the new dental technologies they are always adding. They make the experience more comforting . And the people are just the best
we moved to Sioux Falls six years ago, and Dr. Ellenbecker saw my husband on an emergency basis. We have never had to look any further for friendly, professional and awesome patient care.
It was perfect. The new x-ray machine was wonderful for patients like me that gag easily. Thanks for the upgrade and your overall professionalism
