I first had Dr Ringen as my dentist and hygienist. What a change when Jolene took over the job of hygienist. She tells you like it is and works hard to make the patient know how important it is to follow her suggestions. She is concerned about you and that you do well.
I received the usual good care to which I am accustomed when I came for my routine 6 month exam. I always feel welcome and Jolene does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Weisberger's expertise gives me the confidence of knowing that I am well cared for..

This visit was primarily to see if I needed any work done in the near future. They provided helpful information on how to better floss my teeth and how to use the Sonic Care tootbrush.
I sent my son braxton in for is appt as my younger son had a bad cold and I was awaiting a phone call. So we stayed in the car. After Braxton's appt Kim the hygienist came out to my vehicle in the rain to give me a report on his appt. My whole family loves Kim. She is amazing at her job and makes us always feel so welcome! She is a huge asset to South Western Dental. Braxton even told me that Kim told him "He made her day!" You make our day too Kim! You are the BEST!!!
