Everyone is so caring. You are not just another patient, they treat you like a friend that has come for another visit. I would recommend them 100 percent .
Hannah visit was fabulous! Jolene does a great job keeping Hannah occupied while she cleans her teeth. She is not afraid to let Hannah know if she is not cleaning her teeth the way she should be. Jolene is the only hygentist we see.

My son is 10 and over the years he has developed some anxiety about a lot of things. One of those was the dentist. He has a sensitive gag reflex and doesn't like x-rays or anything in his mouth. Dr. Jon Ellenbecker and his hygenists have always been very patient and understanding. They truly strived to make him feel safe. We were in for a check up the other day and Rachel managed to put him at ease and "with his help" got xrays and the cleaning completed! SW Dental has always treated me with the highest priority. Having 2 chipped teeth, I was able to get an appt right away, and as always Dr Jon and his assistant fixed me right away. It was a last minute appt and end of day, yet he said "no problem we'll fix you up today!" More than expected and much to my surprise. He and his assistant are the best. I know I get the best care when I come in and the front desk staff all are so accomadating and respectful. Hats off to all! My highest recommendations come to you.

I am so happy that I am a patient at South Western Dental. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth is excellent at what she does and is also very pleasant. Dr. Hansen is excellent as well. She is also friendly and very nice. My experience at South Western Dental is always over-the-top positive.
