My visits to South Western Dental have always left me feeling that I have received the best in dental care, promptly and efficiently. I have had several occasions where I needed immediate care and SW Dental has always seen that I promptly received the care I needed.
Excellent treatment from the front desk to the exit. staff are very personable and do excellent work.
I love going to the dentist every 6 months. Jolene is wonderful. She asks all of the important questions about my teeth, but also takes the time to make sure to find out how I am doing as well. She does a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth. Jolene has cleaned my teeth for 30 years!
Everyone was wonderful. Thanks so much from the front staff to my Dental assistant to the people who took my payment and scheduled my next visit. I love the email reminder but the text message may not work. I always answer with a "C" and respond but it seems like you may not get that. You can check I was in on the 17th.
I had a good check-up but more importantly the staff was fantastic from start to finish.
It was a warm and friendly experience. I was taken back for x-rays within 5 minutes of my arrival. My hygienist, Dr. W and staff were friendly and professional.
