broke a crown off a tooth on a Tuesday afternoon called for appointment later Tuesday afternoon was given apointment for Thursday afternoon...with promise to call if something opened up. called me Wednesday morning around 8:30 or 9 AM with opening at 10:20. I was pre-convinced it would not be able to be saved, and not enough tooth to pull, and would surely mean dental surgery, and that all they would do was decide what had to be done and make future appointment. surprise.... I have been coming to Southwestern Dental for almost 10 years. This place has been wonderful for me and my husband. The service is always fast and friendly. I have always felt that my procedures were incredibly fast and thorough. I had a root canal a couple years ago and dreaded it but I was SO surprised at how quick and relatively painless the procedure was! I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Weisbecker since I was about 17 years old (I am currently 51). My son and other family members have been clients as well. Currently, I live in Fairmont, MN, but when I was being referred to unknown dentists in Mankato, my instinct was to return to Dr. Weisbecker. What a wise choice it was on my part!! From now on, I will much rather spend the 2 hour drive time to stick to what I know is quality work and customer care than go to the unknown. Also, I can't say enough about Moni and Becca.
