My husband and my self go to South Western Dental and we enjoy it so much. We actually came from a really bad experience from another dental place not treating us well with our double insurances. I called ahead of time to South Western Dental and asked if they could help with insurance issues and they suggested I come in and they would help me work through it in person. Wouldn't you know, my tooth started aching on Friday at shortly after five in the evening. I ate ibuprofen like crazy and drank hot liquids to try to make it lessen- if not go away. Monday morning I call and explain the situation. The lady I talked to got me in at 3pm- and I was so thankful. Dr Tom ordered x-rays and explained our options. We chose a filling- and I say we because he and I always talk it over before any action is taken. It was so close to being a root canal but I'm hoping for the best.
