Hygienist - Excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is Excellent and friendly. Dr. Berger's Excellent very knowledgeable and friendly. In all I would highly recommend this Dentist, Hygienist and staff to all!!!
As always, South Western Dental gave me a wonderful smile and hello when I walked into the building. I've been a patient for many years and have had the best care for my aging teeth. Rachel was wonderful. She is soft-spoken, gentle and very friendly. You are lucky to have her on your staff. And of course, Dr. Jon was able to update me a little on the Ellenbecker family that I grew up with!
My family and I just moved to Sioux Falls and this was my first visit and it was great! Everyone was nice!

Dr. Ellenbecker is the best dentist we have ever had and Rene his assistant is awesome. All of the staff are really good people who are caring and compassionate.

I had forgotten to take my medication which I need before I have a cleaning. The staff were very understanding and gave me the needed Amoxicillin, so that I would not have to reschedule. Jessica then did an excellent job of cleaning. Dr. Jon and his staff are very friendly and great to work with.
