My wait time was short as usual. The dental hygienist was very kind and remembered I have sensitive teeth and polished my teeth with sensodyne. I had a panoramic x-ray and she explained the procedure step by step. Dr Weisbecker checked the x-rays and my teeth and declared all is well. I am 76 years old and do not want to ever.need dentures. To that end they are helping me keep my teeth and gums healthy. I do wish there was a senior discount.

Before Wednesday, it had been about 8 years since my last dentist appointment because I did not have a great experience with my last dentist. I was very nervous, but Dr. Hansen and Callie took great care of me! They were very gentle and extremely kind. I'm actually excited for my next dentist appointment!
I can't say enough about the staff from Dr. Ellenbecker to Rene to the front desk staff. I had a my teeth cleaned by Rachel and she was thorough and gentle. Everybody is friendly, concerned and professional. South Western has become a three generation experience for us. From us to granddaughters.
Dr Weisbecker was excellent as always. My family and I think he is the best dentist in the world. He is knowledgeable, skilled and kind. Cindy is an excellent hygienist. She is also skilled and gentle. What a team!!!

I had my semi annual checkup and cleaning and as always was very pleased. Shawna my dental hygienist was pleasant to talk to and did a good job. She was truly a snowflake in a coal mine. Thank you for everyone who made my visit nice. Other dentists have tried to do unnecessary work and repairs where these fine people are interested in me as a person not just as a blank check. Thank you for the work you have done in the past and thank you for the cavity free checkup.
