I had to cancel a cleaning appt due to being out of state. I was put on a call list & was called in a week's time. Shaunda cleaned my teeth & showed a great deal of expertise as well as pleasant personality.
I want to say thank you for looking at my broken tooth right away and getting the needed work started, even though it was a Monday and you had a busy schedule.
One of the best experiences for teeth cleaning in a long time. Got in on time didn't have to wait the hygienist was polite and diligent to get her job done. Appreciate the fact that I didn't have to wait to get in because sometimes they forget our time is as important as there's.

Decided to change dentists and am very happy with the decision. Was in for an appointment only 48 hours after initial call. Wow, that just doesn't happen. Received excellent care and will stay with South Western Dental from now on.
I called South Western Dental for a 2nd opinion on some potential dental work. I had visited another dentist in town and the whole experience felt like a sales pitch so when I was told I had developed multiple cavities in a short amount of time I was skeptical. The receptionist was kind and got me in quickly despite not being a current patient. Dr. Weisbecker was amazing!
