I experienced at this visit the same as always, very respectful and caring. I was taken to treatment room about 15 min after appointment time but received an apology for being late. I did not feel 15 min was excessive. Attention was given to an issue I had with one tooth and I was very satisfied with the responsive give to it.
My first visit to South Western Dental did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to ask questions and explain everything as they went. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. Thank you Shauna and Dr. Weisbecker!
Been here many times, tried new places and keep coming back. The staff and dentist are very kind people. I highly recommend this dental office as best in Sioux Falls.

As usual, I had a positive experience with my latest semi-annual exam on Nov. 7th. Cindy worked her magic cleaning my teeth. Dr. Weisbecker gave me two orders upon leaving........Get out and stay out until next May for my next exam! No, he did not say this but did give a thumbs up about the condition of my teeth.
As usual everything was great.
My cleaning was very thorough and very well done. It was one of the best!

I love going to South Western Dental. From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave there is not one person that is not pleasant to you. Everyone always seems to be happy and in a good mood. That really says a lot about an organization. I love my cleanings and my dentist. Everyone there is just so friendly and caring. You feel like it is family.
