I have always been impressed with the fact that my appointments with Dr. Ellenbecker have always were on time. I know this is very difficult to do. Thank you very much.
I miss seeing Renae when I visit. She was always very kind and cheery. I did not get the name of the lady who escorted me to the cleaning room, but she didn't fill the shoes of Renae. The lady who cleaned my teeth was amazing! She was very kind, complementary, and was very tactful about criticism. Some encourage flossing and brushing twice daily better than others. As always they did a great job at South Western Dental. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the doctors...all are friendly and professional.
My dentist has retired, so when I developed pain in a tooth, I needed to find a new dentist. I was able to get in to see Dr. Hanson in two days. Everyone was friendly, thorough, and efficient. I have a new dentist!
Every time I come into the dentist there is a feeling of anxiety. But once I get into the room their professionalism calms me and I know I am in good hands. They check over my teeth and explain what they are doing. At the end they never fail to ask if there are any questions. It is good to know there are people who care.

For many years, I have had good visits, but this time my teeth feel cleaner than they have in YEARS! I don't remember the name of the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, but she did the best job that I can ever remember. Thanks.
Dr Ellenbecker is an amazing Dentist who really cares about his patients and their quality of care. The front office staff and dental assistants are very friendly and helpful !
