I visited the Street branch on the 27th of August 2025 as I thought I had some wax in my ears. I met with Victoria right on time and she was friendly, chatty and efficient. She talked me through the process, looked after me well and took the time to treat me without any rush. Having confirmed I needed wax removed, it was all completed in a caring and comfortable way. Zoe saw me as I had a large build up of wax in my ears. One of my ears was tender so I didn’t want any water to flush it out. Zoe used the suction and was able to remove not just all my wax but found a small piece of a silicone plug! Zoe was patient and extremely able. I felt very comfortable in her care and was very happy to have my wax and the foreign object removed ( which by the way I had no idea was there!) would highly recommend South West Hearing.
