Called to order a repeat prescription which I do every time for my partner the lady I just spoke to at 9:58 on the 21/07/2025 was completely rude had the wrong attitude to be in this line of work as she obviously can’t deal with talking to people properly she had the attitude of a spoilt teenage girl she should seriously re-think her career if she can’t talk to people better she makes the nhs look bad
This is the first time I have tried reporting a life-threatening condition and also the first time I have experience an unusual set of circumstances from a certain receptionist. -On Friday I tried reporting what is highly suspected to be melanoma that looks like it has spread to neighbouring skin on Friday, econsult (an online form) was closed. -Tried reporting it again when I was first able to Monday and uploaded maximum number (4) of photos and also critiqued in econsult that "but econsult was closed for no reason". -Unusu... read more

One of the worse practises I've been a part of. Near on impossible to get an appointment. When you do the Dr's are always late. I'm not confident in remaining in this practise.
