I want to say a big thankyou to Dota the pharmacist that carried out my meds review yesterday..what a wonderful human being..understanding..very knowledgeable..couldn't have asked for better...sure I have spoken with Dota before..you left me feeling so much better. I'll always remember your kindness. And thankyou to the man on reception who took my call yesterday...sorry I didn't get your name...you too were excellent..so helpful...thankyou
Neglectful practice, left in severe pain, did a wrong referral to pain team, I now have to wait for another referral
Worst gp ever honestly do not even bother signing up if you are looking for one in the area they will answer after an hour on hold staff couldn’t care less and bishops park doctors are VERY uneducated ended up self diagnosing my 4 month old son when he had traumatising pain everyday they couldn’t care less!!
I called the doctor (30 in a queue)when finally got through I'm told, we only accept appointments via our triage which can be accessed on a website. I fill their forms online my symptoms and so forth. You are given a date when the surgery will call you, between 9-6pm. If you miss this call, you will need to start the process again. No toilet breaks, if you're roofer, answer immediately and break your neck. I don't believe they thought this through
