If I could give this place a negative -3* rating I would!!! This has to be one of the worst surgeries I’ve ever experienced. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible, and when you finally do, the doctors are consistently running late. Today was no exception - I waited over an hour to be seen. The doctor didn’t even bother to apologise until I raised the issue myself, and I had to point out that it’s basic courtesy to inform patients when they’re running behind. Dr Michitiuc is excellent - and he and the whole team are super friendly and helpful
I found the whole experience very professional and easy. The booking of an appointment was excellent and Dr Yuri saw me bang on time and was extremely helpful.
Went to see Dr. Yuri who was so kind about an issue I was anxious about! Not to mention appointment on time and reception staff friendly.
I have always had very good and quick help from South Street Medical Centre. The two doctors I have seen (Dr Taylor and Dr Patel) are both excellent.
