Terrible service. Told the wait would only be a few minutes. 5 minutes later they said it would be at least 5 more minutes because servers didn't show up. Plenty of empty tables.

Hi Brent, sorry to hear about your experience. When hosts are quoting wait times they're giving it their best guess as to how long you might wait for your table. It sounds like they didn't estimate enough time and then there was an issue with staffing levels. This should not be the norm, and perhaps there was a better way for them to communicate the situation to you. Mixed feelings after the first visit. The place itself is pretty nice, good decor and furniture, looks sharp. Music was nice, not too loud, right for the atmosphere. Liked that they send you a text when your table is ready instead of giving one of those bulky pagers. Ordered two soups, calamari, and pasta. Soups took more than 20 minutes to be served...wow, that's a lot of waiting time for a soup. Pasta was served in about 50 minutes after ordering. Pasta was missing bacon (according to the menu). Everything was super bland. The risotto is the worst I have ever had and should be called green quinoa soup. Super bland and missing some of the ingredients. The tomato kale soup tastes like they opened a can of crushed tomatoes poured it in and heated it up. Again no flavor. All three of us took one or two bites of our risotto and pushed it aside. Parking lot small, no sign, and that's just the start. Burgers were dry and crazy over priced (not to mention the food order came out wrong) but what really ruined it for us was the server. I have never been treated so badly by a server in my life. Will never go back and will never recommend this place to another person.

LOVE the creativity of the menu and bar, with the actions to back it up! Have really enjoyed everything we've had so far!! Sitting at the bar watching the "magicians" (as our server deemed them) is an experience. Super fresh ingredients and new plays on old classics!! Absolutely THRILLED with not only the amount of GF & Vegan options, but the quality too! We will def be back (2 times is not nearly enough to scratch the surface on this fabulously executed menu!) The coffee shop deserves 4 stars the baked goods are great and the coffees and lassi. Haven't tried the sanis or salads from that side. The restaurant food is mediocre the steak and the burger tasted poor quality and all of us felt it was just ok. The building is very cool and it's an awesome idea especially for the area. I just wish they had made the food better quality. It's hard to believe they also own saks considering how the food tastes. If you go just have the baked goods and desserts and maybe some of the fried food ... read more
