Incredible breakfast, the wait time is not as bad as snow city. The building is beautiful and modern with lots of room for customers, service was great and the food was the best I've had in Anchorage!!! All the food is local and they bake the bread and make the desserts right here in the same building! So great to have a restaurant in Anchorage with so much to offer and to have the same Snow City cafe food on the south side, thank you! Cannot wait to eat here again!!
Seriously one of the coolest places in town. More people need to go there it's the best. It's yummy food & the drinks are good also
Wow!! I am so excited to see such an amazing restaurant in Anchorage!!! The service is impeccable! The bartenders have really mastered a craft of service and amazing drinks.

I had high expectations for South and it did not disappoint! Our server was amazing and very nice. She did a fantastic job. My veggie Benedict was among the best I've had. Ever. The hollandaise was perfect and the veggies had great flavor. We enjoyed it immense and will be back very soon!

I'm not sure about any previous problems but this was my first visit and it was awesome!! The service was great and our server was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict and it came with smashed potatoes. The Eggs Benedict were perfect but the poatatoes more than surprised me. I expected the usual bland potatoes but these were so good and perfectly seasoned. I'll go back just for those alone.
We had a great lunch and breakfast. My sister has a very restrictive diet and can't eat a lot of oils or products for health issues. The waiter was incredibly attentive, the manager checked in before, during and after the meal to make sure we were satisfied. And the sou chef made a special pumpkin ginger dressing for her salad, came out to the table and explained the ingredients. Thanks for making eating out fun for someone like my sister. Great food, great service. Keep it up!
